coreMetric was founded by three owner-side professionals who kept running into the same problem:
Capital decisions that looked solid on paper, but fell apart in real operations.
We’d spent years planning projects, approving budgets, inheriting assets after consultants moved on, and explaining why “technically sound” didn’t always mean “financially or operationally right.” Too often, decisions were rushed, assumptions went untested, and owners were left managing the consequences.
So we built CoreMetric to change that.
